For more than 20 years, IAF Endorsed™ Facilitator, Certified Virtual Facilitator®, and award-winning trainer, Francisco Ramirez has helped global organizations achieve their full potential. Specifically, he has served teams at Fortune 500 companies in his role as: a lead facilitator and trainer, a lead designer of innovative learning strategies, and an executive coach for individuals and teams.

Having served as a senior facilitator and trainer for the United Nations (for more than 10 agencies and in more than 15 countries), as well as for other organizations around the world, he is known for facilitating engaging learning opportunities that work for diverse audiences.

In total, he has delivered more than 500 workshops and trainings worldwide, and has led hundreds of executive coaching sessions — in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

He holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, where he was named a Rosenfield Scholar.

His expertise lies in all things facilitation, training, and learning: designing innovative, human-centered learned strategies based on adult theory as well as his own learnings in this space for more than 20 years. He works with clients on everything from equity and inclusion in the workplace, effective teamwork and communication, and adaptive leadership in remote and hybrid settings.
